For several years, I have been studying and experimenting with Human Design & the Gene Keys. I’ve realigned my entire life - from lifestyle and diet to environment, structure, and schedule - to honour my true energetic blueprint. The result? My health, income, creativity and relationships have all expanded in extraordinary ways. I now guide my clients in discovering what alignment looks and feels like for them so they can also design a lifestyle and work life that truly fits.

Who I work with 

I work with people from all walks of life, but there’s a common thread that connects many of my clients.

They are often the ones who had to be the strong ones growing up - frequently feeling misunderstood, unseen or unrecognised. Often labelled the black sheep of the family, they are intuitive, resilient, highly sensitive, deeply attuned, driven… and quietly carrying invisible burdens.

Many were parentified as children, raised in chaotic or emotionally unsafe homes, or in families that appeared “perfect” on the outside while feeling deeply dysfunctional within. They learned very early how to take care of others, minimise their own needs, hide their true selves, or over-function in order to survive, or simply to be accepted and loved. They tend to be high-achievers, purpose-led visionaries, soul-led leaders, creatives and maverick entrepreneurs - even if they don’t know it yet! Together, we release old survival patterns, heal the inner child and inherited ancestral trauma and recalibrate the nervous system so it becomes safe to receive again. From this place, we build lives that feel spacious, grounded and genuinely one’s own.
